Saipua has always been known for making olive oil based soap until Sarah started working with flowers in 2006. The years since have been an adventure of creating beautiful events, discovering new flowers and growing some of her own dream flowers at her farm in upstate New York. Sarah says “It is often those flowers that are slightly imperfect that can elevate a composition taking it to the extraordinary” and I couldn’t agree more.
